Properties in Costa Valencia
A 100% Mediterranean coastline where you can enjoy the sun on beaches bathed in warm, calm waters. The coastline follows the province of Valencia from the northeast to the southeast of Spain. It is well known to blend the lure of the Mediterranean Sea with delicious cuisine, mild temperatures and long hours of sunshine.

Valencia has a number of long stretches of sandy beaches – Cullera, Gandía and Port Saplaya, for example. The city of Valencia itself has three and half kilometres of uninterrupted sandy beach.
The coastal towns offer a full range of services on their beaches, as well as a wide variety of tourist attractions – such as the clear blue waters of Oliva and the Roman heritage in the city of Sagunto.
The city of Valencia itself offers a wide range of attractions less than 3km from the beach, which includes the City of Arts and Sciences and the historic quarter with its Gothic architecture.
Canet d´en Berenguer
Canet d’En Berenguer offers a contrast of orange groves and coastline. It has a natural beach measuring 80 metres in width, with clear, shallow waters and fine sands. It also has a sports and leisure marina and old historical buildings in the village.
Sagunto
30 kms north of Valencia Sagunto still preserves many of its archaeological remains and monuments in the old town. A short distance south of Sagunto is its port, with 13 kilometres of sandy beaches scattered with banks of sand dunes.
El Puig
Less than 20 km north of Valencia you will find the village of El Puig, with a historical town centre and monuments. East of the town you can relax and enjoy the sun on El Puig’s coastline and the “playas” (beaches).
La Pobla de Farnals
Located next to the Pobla de Farnals sailing club you will find it’s 400-meter long beach. Along the promenade there are various restaurants and beach bars.
Port Saplaya - Alboraya
Just north of Valencia city is Port Saplya, known for its great villas, coloured houses, shops and piazza. Locally it’s known as ‘Little Venice’ due to its similarities to Venice.
Valencia - Playa Patacona
On the north beach of Valencia, you will find Patacona a slightly less touristy area away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, restaurants and entertainment of the southern promenade. You can still find some good places for drinking and eating and some wonderful chiringuitos (beach bars) in the summer.
Valencia - Playa Malvarrosa
Stretching over 1000 metres and an average width of 135 metres, La Malvarrosa is a fine sandy beach with a large promenade that is home to bars, restaurants and beach sports areas.
Valencia - Las Arenas
Just a few minutes out of the city centre you’ll find the Arenas beach, next to the famous Valencia Marina with its breath-taking Paseo Marítimo and 5* Las Arenas Hotel. On Las Arenas you can enjoy an authentic Valencian paella and some seafood tapas.
El Saler
This beach is found right in the heart of the grassy La Dehesa and El Saler Nature Park. This long sandy stretch is sheltered from westerly winds by a large clearing of pine trees, which help to conserve the natural dunes and vegetation.
Mareny Blau
Located on the south of Valencia, the fine sand on this beach is ideal for playing sports such as volleyball, football, and jogging. A promenade runs alongside the beach where small fishing boats can be seen upside down.
Cullera
Cullera boasts a long and exceptional stretch of coastline with exclusive beaches offering something to suit all tastes. It offers a combination of fun activities by the sea and water sports. Or you can just rest and enjoy the local gastronomy and relaxed nightlife.
Gandía
Gandía, capital of the county of La Safor, is set in between the Valencian mountains inland and the Mediterranean Sea. An extensive strip of sand almost five kilometres long runs along the coastline of this area, offering a wide range of tourism facilities and services.
Oliva
Oliva is a city located on the southern border of the province of Valencia, near the top of the province of Alicante. The coastline stretches over 11.8 km, formed of sandy beaches and amazing natural dunes.
Costa Dorada
Costa Dorada, “Golden Coast” in English is an area just south of the coast of Catalonia. It is entirely included in the province of Tarragona and situated north of the Valencian Comunidad and Costa del Azahar.
Costa Blanca
The long strip of the Costa Blanca (White Coast) is one of Europe’s most heavily visited areas due to its great climate in summer and winter. Relax on any one of the numerous golden beaches or head inland to enjoy traditional villages like Denia, Javea and Altea.
Valencia City
Alternatively, if you are looking for the livelier metropolitan areas of Valencia, you can discover the great atmosphere in the Old City Centre. Or for more peace and quiet areas discover the surrounding “barrios” near the Turia park.

The inland of the region of Valencia has so much to offer…. from very rural areas with nice valleys and of course the orange groves and vineyards to nice villages and urbanisations, all well connected and within approximately 30 minutes from coast and Valencia city.
Valencia Suburbs
Although most people focus on the coast or the city of Valencia, you can also look just outside the city. Then you have the best of both worlds: close to the city with everything it has to offer in terms of culture and events. But also just a bit quieter, more space and close to the beautiful hinterland.
